On these pages you will find links to specific teachers, their websites, and some of their teachings. The list is by no means exhaustive, but we are trying to expose folks to teachers whose work is accessible and helpful without a lot of preliminary work or prerequisites!

There are as many approaches to the spiritual path as there are people walking the path. While we may gather under the banner of a particular tradition and/or teacher, we each bring our own individuality to the path, making our journey unique. Of course, there is enough overlap with the journey of others that we can share experience, insights, and even struggles and learn from one another. Perhaps most importantly, in the process of supporting one another we increase our own compassion – which is one way of understanding the goal of the path!
